Small bike companies, how do they do it? - small bike insurance

I see that these companies really small, say a bike, 100 bicycles per year or less, but the full and complex carbon frameworks, which are announced. I can not imagine that you can afford to build a small business in the United States met all these elements in Taiwan, with companies from other regions?

Small businesses are the frame, but everything, including the purchase of longer forks. In fact, a frame assembly and assembler. Small general comparison. This is how little body builder got into selling complete bikes. And takes little to the Internet and word of mouth orders, but steadily. Many manufacturers also have a bike under branches or to paint it as their main source of income.

There are two versions of what you raise. Keep the first branch, not a low volume, custom, high-end bikes with forks that are often re-brand. The second, normally closed, as you mentioned. There are some large companies that can do a lot with carbon fiber and process low-volume orders. It is often managed by small planes, as they re-tool for new versions of its major customers.

They build high-end bikes expensive and paying for them. Something like a sports car as a high Lambosa.
