Shower leak! Shower curtain doesn't stop flow of water. Help! (see details)? - lowes shower curtain circular rod

If I take a shower, the shower water on the surface of the tub and runs the entire length of the bathtub and floor. The floor is wet after, even if I use a towel on the floor. There is no curtain seam. I have a very similar question here on Yahoo Answers and the guy who gave the best answer suggests a soft plastic water of any kind was Lowes and got into the tub. But I need to know the name of it! The person who asked this question and the person who answered that they do not accept e-mails.

Does anybody know or have no experience with it?

I had the same problem in my old house and do not use to help the corners of plastic shower (bath in the department and Wal-Mart). The best thing I did was, took a bottle of shampoo and conditioner heavy curtain and leaned out of the shower and left the bottle on it (one at each end of) the edge of the tub and shower and maintained in the water and my dry soils.
