First college day dilemma?!? - prom hair and make up 2010

Hey guys,
Basically, I believe that soon, because I was in college, the smart girl who was invisible to the rest of the group of the year.
In September 2010 Totton College, and I did not specifically as I choose my smart clothes.

I have brown hair just below my shoulder and its natural waves. I think chocolate brown prom die for them and keep it as up to college.
I have blue eyes, light skin, and I'm over 5 "3

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you help me with ideas that you think that the clothes and makeup for me. The rule does not wear make-up bucket loads, as some people for what they hold dear as natural as possible, please.
