I had this - really bad and my teeth are whiter than they were before I did. My husband used a washing treatment in a molded tray and then over night. Her teeth are nice and white. If you want teeht know, I tend to choose the option bleach.

any dental work .. is expensive .. I would buy anything thats not from the CDA .. approved (Canadian Dental Association) or the FDA
